Cabot Trail Cream, Kayak Red Vermouth Moderate Adventurer

Fly to new flavours with this cocktail. The freshness of the mint balances the intensity of this savoury blend creating a harmonious combination. A devilishly delicious cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple cream
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) Kayak red vermouth
  • 20 ml (½ oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
  • 20 ml (½ oz.) Lot No. 40 Canadian whisky
  • Sour cherries
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Pour all liquid ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  • Strain the content of the shaker into an old-fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with sour cherries and mint leaves.
