This fruity and elegant cocktail pays tribute to the purity of Quartz vodka and the beauty of Quebec sunsets. The blackcurrant liqueur which settles at the bottom of the glass recalls the colours of twilight.

- 60 ml (2 oz.) Quartz vodka
- 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) Cabot Trail maple whisky
- 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) blackcurrant liqueur
- Sparkling water
- Frozen blueberries
- Fresh thyme
