  • 45 ml (1½ oz.) Cabot Trail maple whisky
  • 45 ml (1½ oz.) coconut milk
  • 45 ml (1½ oz.) apricot nectar
  • One small scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • A pinch of curry powder
  • Toasted coconut shavings
  • Sprig of fresh mint


  • Pour the maple whisky, coconut milk, apricot nectar, and ice cream into a blender.
  • Mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • Pour into a stemless Riedel wine glass.
  • Garnish with coconut shavings and a sprig of fresh mint.
