The Arctic Fizz is an easy-to-make cocktail made with a base of our Ungava gin. Fresh and refreshing, it brings its flavors from the Great North. Add a fir stem and you will feel as you are being transported into the great outdoors!

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Ungava Premium Gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- 90 ml (3 oz.) club soda
- Lemon slice
- 1 fir stem (optional)
- Ice cubes
