At last a coffee made with one of our national treasures: maple syrup. The Canadian coffee made with a blend of our maple cream and whisky liqueurs, honors the memory of John Cabot and will comfort those who drink it!

Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple whisky
  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple cream
  • Hot coffee
  • Chantilly cream
  • Chocolate pearls (optional)

Preparation

  • In a coffee cup or a toddy glass, combine the whisky and the maple cream.
  • Top up with hot coffee.
  • Garnish with Chantilly cream and chocolate pearls.
