Chic Choc Spiced Rum Easy Adventurer, Gourmet

Spicy, refreshing and with plenty of fruit, this cocktail has it all! You can savor it under the sun, brighten grey skies and easily share it with friends thanks to its punch version.


  • 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 30 ml (1 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 120 to 150 ml (4 to 5 oz.) ginger beer
  • Fresh fruit cut into thin wedges (pineapple, orange, lime, lemon)
  • Ice cubes


  • Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, in shaker filled with ice cubes.
  • Shake for few seconds.
  • Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
  • Add the fruit and top up with ginger beer.
