Quartz Vodka, Kayak White Vermouth Moderate Fancy

This original Ungava Spirits creation is a refreshing cocktail in which a variety of flavours coat the palate. The dominant taste of ginger complements the floral notes of the Kayak white vermouth while the blend of lemon and cranberries perfectly enhances the delicacy of the Quartz vodka.


  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) Quartz vodka
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) Kayak white vermouth
  • 90 ml (3 oz.) white cranberry juice
  • 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) lemon juice
  • 3 to 4 ginger pieces
  • One slice of ginger
  • Eucalyptus stem (or fir stem)
  • Ice cubes


  • Put the ginger pieces in a shaker and crush them using a muddler.
  • Add the vodka, the vermouth, the cranberry juice and the lemon juice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Using a sieve, strain the contents of the shaker into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a slice of ginger and a eucalyptus stem.
