Martini Vesper
Ungava Gin, Quartz Vodka Easy Fancy
The Vesper Martini appears for the first time in 1953 in the Casino Royale novel written by Ian Fleming. This cocktail was created and ordered by the famous James Bond in honor of Vesper Lynd for whom he has strong feelings. The secret agent 007 has named this cocktail “Vesper” because, according to him, once you have tasted it, you desire nothing else.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Ungava Premium Gin
- 1/2 oz Quartz vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) de vin apéritif Lillet blanc
- Twist of lemon
- Ice cubes
