Cabot Trail Whisky, Chic Choc Spiced Rum Easy Adventurer

There’s no better way to beat the cold weather than with a hot cocktail! Give the Mountain Hot Toddy a try! Spicy, comforting and easy to make, this cocktail is the go-to drink to have around a bonfire or at the cottage after a day outdoors.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple whisky
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) ginger syrup*
  • 3 – 4 oz. boiling water
  • Apple wedge
  • Rosemary sprig

Preparation

  • Pour the rum, the maple whisky and the ginger syrup in a mug.
  • Top up with boiling water.
  • Garnish with the apple wedge and a rosemary sprig.
