Spritz Negroni

Ungava Gin, Kayak Red Vermouth Easy Classic

More than 100 years ago, Count Camillo Negroni was a regular at a café in Florence where aristocrats drank Americano cocktails. The Count, bored of always drinking the same thing, suggested to the bartender to strengthen the Americano by replacing the club soda with the gin. This new cocktail was an instant success and it was named “Negroni” in honor of its inventor. Since then, the Negroni has become one of the great international cocktails and the Spritz Negroni is a variant that reintroduces sparkling water.
