To be enjoyed in good company, this easy to make cocktail celebrates Quebec flavours. Abundance of berries, familiar scents, it’s like taking a trip to the most beautiful parts of Gaspé, from the Chic-Chocs mountains to Cap-Chat.
Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
- 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) orange liqueur
- 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) Kayak white vermouth
- 30 ml (1 oz.) club soda
- Berries (blueberries, strawberries, cranberries and/or raspberries)
- Crushed ice
