Chic Choc Spiced Rum, Kayak White Vermouth Easy Adventurer

To be enjoyed in good company, this easy to make cocktail celebrates Quebec flavours. Abundance of berries, familiar scents, it’s like taking a trip to the most beautiful parts of Gaspé, from the Chic-Chocs mountains to Cap-Chat.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
  • 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) orange liqueur
  • 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) Kayak white vermouth
  • 30 ml (1 oz.) club soda
  • Berries (blueberries, strawberries, cranberries and/or raspberries)
  • Crushed ice

Preparation

  • Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  • Pour in the rum, the orange liqueur and the white vermouth.
  • Add the fruits.
  • Top up with club soda.
