Of a striking green colour, the Green Butterfly combines the fresh and minty taste of La Mentherie crème de menthe with the aromas of Ungava gin’s Arctic botanicals.
Ingredients
- 22 ml (¾ oz.) Ungava gin
- 22 ml (¾ oz.) La Mentherie crème de menthe
- 15 ml (½ oz.) simple syrup
- 15 ml (½ oz.) lime juice
- 15 ml (½ oz.) egg white
- A cucumber slice
- Ice cubes
- 30 ml (1 oz.) soda
- Fresh mint and a cucumber slice for garnish
