Chic Choc Black Rum Moderate Fancy

With our Honeymoon cocktail, enjoy the sweetness of honey, the tangy freshness of clementine and most of all, the spicy notes of our Chic Choc Black Rum. An original drink that will tame any bear!

Ingredients

  • 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Chic Choc Black Rum
  • 22 ml (3/4 oz.) honey syrup
  • 22 ml (3/4 oz.) clementine juice
  • 60 ml (2 oz.) sparkling water

Preparation

  • Pour all ingredients, except sparkling water, into a shaker.
  • Add ice cubes and shake well.
  • Strain the contents into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated orange slice.
