Quartz Vodka, Kayak White Vermouth Moderate Fancy
This original Ungava Spirits creation is a refreshing cocktail in which a variety of flavours coat the palate. The dominant taste of ginger complements the floral notes of the Kayak white vermouth while the blend of lemon and cranberries perfectly enhances the delicacy of the Quartz vodka.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) Quartz vodka
- 15 ml (½ oz.) Kayak white vermouth
- 90 ml (3 oz.) white cranberry juice
- 7.5 ml (¼ oz.) lemon juice
- 3 to 4 ginger pieces
- One slice of ginger
- Eucalyptus stem (or fir stem)
- Ice cubes
