Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple whisky
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) ginger syrup*
- 3 – 4 oz. boiling water
- Apple wedge
- Rosemary sprig
