Quartz Vodka, Kayak White Vermouth Easy Adventurer
This original creation by Ungava Spirits is a revisited version of the classic Salty Dog cocktail with a touch of Kayak white vermouth and maraschino liqueur. The salty rim and the slightly acidulous taste of this cocktail create a surprising and pleasant contrast on the palate.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Quartz vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) Kayak white vermouth
- 60 ml (2 oz.) grapefruit juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) Maraschino liqueur
- 2 g of fleur de sel
- Grapefruit wedge
- Basil leaf
- Ice cubes
