Chic Choc Spiced Rum, Kayak White Vermouth Mixologist’s Apprentice Adventurer, Gourmet

You won’t be able to forget the Bloody Gaspésie anytime soon! This original cocktail will not only steal the show but will transport you right to the heart of the Gaspésie Québec region between mountains and sea.


  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) Kayak white vermouth
  • 7.5 ml (1/4 oz.) lime juice
  • ½ tsp Sriracha
  • Clamato juice
  • Snow crab claw
  • Cucumber slice
  • Ice cubes
  • Sea salt, pepper and dried seaweed powder


  • Mix the salt, pepper and seaweed and then use this blend to rim a highball glass.
  • Add the rum, vermouth, lime juice, sriracha and ice cubes.
  • Top up with the Clamato juice and stir with a spoon.
  • Garnish with a crab claw and a slice of cucumber.
