Ungava Gin Moderate Fancy, Special Occasion

A delicious clementine themed cocktail, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz.) Ungava Gin
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) juniper syrup*
  • 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) fresh clementine juice
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white, room temperature
  • 60 ml (2 oz.) sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Clementine wedge & fresh juniper, to garnish

Preparation

  • In a shaker, mix Ungava Gin, juniper syrup, lemon juice, clementine juice, and egg white.
  • Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  • Add ice and shake for an additional 2 minutes until very cold.
  • Strain into a glass.
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh juniper and a clementine wedge.
